讲座人介绍：

Dr. Kay Siebler 有35年的教学经历，线上线下教学经验丰富，课程覆盖面广，从本科阶段的写作入门到研究生阶段的教学与研究。2013-2014年曾在白菜官网外国语学院担任两校友好院校项目交流教师。2008年至今，她在美国密苏里西部州立大学担任教授。她的研究和发表集中在教学、媒介分析和教育政策等方面。

讲座内容：

Teachers at all levels are being asked to conduct some or perhaps all of their classes in an online environment. This lecture/discussion offers interesting and creative ways in which teachers can make personal connections with their students even in a digital environment. It also addresses unique generational issues of current traditional students (those born in the Digital Age) and what they expect, know, want and need from their professors. This lecture will give educators practical tips on how to best appeal to people of the Digital Generation and what works or doesn't work to engage these unique students.
